1.To achieve the perfect "Cat Eye", draw the shape of a cat eye with an Angle Brush dipped in Ebony (SP77).Once complete, go over with black liquid liner or cream liner .
2. Always use Eye Primer to create perfect base for your Shimmer Powders to last all day.
3.When applying any lip color , always fill entire lip in with desired lip pencil first for longer lasting wear.
