To create one of Paul's Dramatic looks, the "Golden Diva", follow these steps:

1.Create a perfect canvas with Mica Bella's Make up perfecting Primer.
2.Apply your perfect shade of Mica Bella Foundation.
3.Apply Mica Bella Eye Primer over your entire eye area.Using a Black Eyeliner pencil, create a base over entire lid area, accenting with a White Eyeliner pencil.
4.Apply Ebony(77) to the entire lid area , accenting inner corners with  Zen(23) , highlight eyebrow area with Zicron (70) .
5.Apply2 coats of Black Mascara on top and bottom lashes. To add more highlight, mix clear Mascara with Royal (79) to highlight
bottom lashes.
6.To line Eyebrows and lips, apply Hot Pink Lip Liner to entire Eyebrow with Arrogance (82) on top.
7. Finally to achieve the Golden Look, mix Baby Oil and Carnival (9) together. Apply over entire face, neck and ears using a Foundation Brush. This can also be applied to roots of hair, to emphasize the look.
