To create Amanda's favorite look, the "Perfect Sultry Look", follow these steps:

1. Apply Micabella's Make up Perfecting Primer over entire face, to create a
satiny smooth canvas. *By using a primer, you are creating a base for a long
lasting, perfect look.
2. Using a Micabella Foundation Brush, apply your perfect match of Micabella
Mineral Foundation, in circular motions, blending all over your face, creating a
full coverage.
3. Using a Micabella Blush Brush, apply your perfect match of Micabella Mineral
Blush to the apples of your cheeks, blending outwards, towards your hair line.
This will create a beautiful, healthy glow.
4. Using a Micabella Concealer Brush, apply a thin layer of Micabella Eye Primer
over the base of your eyelids. By using an eye primer, you are creating a base
for a long lasting, crease free, perfect look.
5.To create the sultry eye, you must frame it first. Fill in the
eyebrows  using the Micabella Eyebrow Pencil that corresponds to your brow
color. Glide the color along the brow line until it's fully filled in.
6.Apply Micabella Eye Primer to entire lid area.
7.Using an Eyeshadow Brush,apply Indulgence (99) to the base of your
eye lids. Apply Ebony(77) to the crease of your eyelids to create a dramatic
look. Blend well.
8. Apply Artic White (61) to your brush, and apply the color right under your brow bone and above the shadow. This is used
as a highlighter to further open up the eyes and make them pop.
9. Mix Ebony(77) with a drop of water, to create a creamy consistency, as your
eye liner. Start lining the eyes from the inside lid to the outside following
just above your lash line. 
10. Repeat , and line the eyes below the lash line too.
11. Using a Q-tip,smudge the liner to create added depth on the bottom lash
line. Finish it off with a few coats of black mascara on the upper and lower lashes.
